How Colors Affect Your AppearanceColors affect the way you look. Like if you wear the right colors your skin will glow and you'll appear bright and alert.
However, the wrong colors can make you look pasty and drained (people might ask you if you're tired) and a bunch of other things like create false impression of under-eye circles and even make your teeth look yellowish!
Regardless of what colors are in right now there are some shades that look good on you and some that don't.
You want to avoid messing up your look, right?
On this page you'll get a free color analysis based on the Color Me Beautiful-system which will determine which shades look terrific on you.

Your skin tone, hair and eye color will determine just that.
Together we're going to do a seasonal color analysis which is widely used by professional image consultants and stylists. It's based on the all time classic coloring system by Carole Jackson called Color Me Beautiful. The system is a bit old but it works and is on point!
So on this page we're going to figure out if you suit gold or silver better. Creamy white or clear white. And what types of shades of red, green, blue etc., will look good on you.
Basically, we're going to find out if you suit cool or warm colors.

If You're a Woman of Color
Because ethnic women have less variation in hair and eye color, the Carole Jackson-system often leaves out Latinas, Asians, Africans and Mediterraneans. That's the downside of it. The coloring system is not perfect, even Carole Jackson, the author herself admitted this.
So why am I using this color system if it's "imperfect"?
I believe it can pinpoint you to which colors look good on you.
No system is perfect and there is always room for making your own judgement. Not to mention, being observant by taking note of compliments friends and strangers have given you. Like, "You lookgreat in that color!", "You're glowing" and so on.
I've modified the system and created a chart that should work for most coloring variations. Just take the color analysis test first and I'll guide you from there :-)

So What is a Seasonal Color Analysis?
It's all about your natural colorings (hair, eyes and skin) and how well that complement or contrast with the things you choose to wear (makeup, clothing and jewelry).
If you want a simpler way to find what type of shades suityou, take the gold or silver-test.
The color analysis breaks your colorings into 4 different seasons; Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. And then broken further into 3 different categories of each season.
Again, it's not a perfect system but it will give you a basic idea of which colors will work for you.
