I just got back from a school trip to the classics centre at the university yesterday and it was amazing!We went to seminars, had undergraduates give us a tour of the site and had lunch where they filmed the great hall scene in Harry Potter!
There are lots of amazing buildings, churches, canals, ponds with ducklings and waterlilies and intellectual types reading books on benches. And everyone cycles everywhere so there are loads and loads of bikes locked up outside of the university.
It's perfect.

I have decided I am grabbing my bicycle and moving to Oxford.
